what makes me who I am
Ever since I was a kid, art has always been an important part of my life and my passion for it has only grown. You could always find me with a pencil in my hand, up on the stage performing, or making up stories when I played pretend with my friends.
Now as I’ve grown and found my passion, I still feel the child-like wonder I had so many years ago. I love telling stories and finding new ways to express them in the work I do.
As a designer, my passion lies in how the design of a product can impact the design of a label, box and even an advertisement. I excel in visual storytelling and enjoy finding the best way to bring forward a brand's story by using a strong conceptual background.
my experience
I graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in March of 2022, earning a BFA in Graphic Design with a Minor in Package Design. From my time at SCAD, I have gained skills in illustration, prototyping, brand development and strong presentation skills.
After graudation, I was an Associate Designer at Gallo working on name brands such as Barefoot Wine, Dark Horse Wine, and La Marca Prosecco. During my almost 3 years there, I honed skills in concept development while further understanding the process of working with clients and in collaboration with my peers.
I learned a lot during my time at Gallo, and I am now ready to enter the world of freelancing. My specialty is social media content creation, but I also excel at advertisement campaigns, digital design, illustration, and motion media.
I am also pursuing my dream of becoming a tattoo artist and am in search of an apprenticeship in the South Bay Area.
